Shipping and Return Policies

Hi! Please find our policies on exchanges, shipping fees and returns. 

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you within 15 business days of receiving it, we would be happy to exchange it for something else or offer you store credit toward your next order once we receive and process your item(s). Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at support@meandtheword.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. If 15 business days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.

Please note: All postage costs for returns & exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not mail us anything before first getting in touch at: support@meandtheword.com.

Shipping

U.S. orders

Shipping Rates are automatically calculated when you checkout. After your payment is verified and your order is confirmed, it will typically take 10–15 business days for orders to arrive. Expect delays during the holiday season. Please note that some items may ship separately due to packaging constraints or availability.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Me + the Word and meandtheword.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. If there are any cancellations, we will let you know via email.

International shipping Fees

International shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. If you do not see your country listed for international shipping at checkout, email us at support@meandtheword.com to inquire about availability.
Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to Me + the Word LLC specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Me + the Word LLC for any reason.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on soworthloving.com are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing and hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error free.

Lost packages


For U.S. domestic orders—if it has been more than 7 business days since your package was scheduled to arrive, please contact the shipping carrier and submit a missing mail search request.

With international orders, shipping times may vary. Once we have shipped out the packages (both U.S. and international), Me + the Word LLC can no longer be liable for any lost packages.
